Jen has over 15 years’ experience in aviation recruitment, project management, aircraft deliveries/ ferry flights and consultancy. She has personally recruited for over 50 airlines including clients such as Virgin, Eurowings, Flyadeal, Indigo, SunExpress, Aer Lingus, and Jetstar.
She has moved aircraft for leasing companies such as FPG Amentum, DAE, Avolon and Aircastle as well as extensive project management for Embraer. She has worked in flight planning and operations roles at airlines and flight support companies. Jen spent 7 years as Head of Operations at Sigma Aviation Services and, prior to establishing TPS, she held the same role at Nobox Pilot Solutions.
Neil was a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, holder of a pilot’s licence for 31 years and MBA holder with an impressive career spanning 40+ years in business development, consultancy and the last 14 years specifically in leadership positions within aviation.
During his 7 years at Spectrum Aviation, Neil worked successfully with many airlines including Emirates, Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia, Spring, Turkish Airlines and RwandAir and was instrumental in growing the business across multiple service offerings.
Jessica brings a wealth of administrative experience to TPS having spent 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry before moving to aviation in 2022 and promptly getting “the bug” for it.
She has successfully managed seasonal contractor recruitment for airlines such as Air Connect and spearheaded highly specific campaigns recruiting pilots and engineers for specialist FIFO operators such as Maroomba.
